MICCA.COM.TR members enjoy many benefits. You can easily track your order status and be the first to hear about new arrivals, deals, and campaigns. You can also benefit from discounts assigned specifically to you. You can place orders without registering as well.
If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to set a new one. Enter the e-mail address you used when registering; a link to create a new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
After logging in with your e-mail and password, click the “Address Book” tab under “My Account” to view, edit, or add new addresses.
Add the product(s) you want to buy to your cart. To purchase the items in your cart, first click “My Cart” in the top right, then click “Complete Order” on the next page. If you already have an account, log in with your e-mail and password. If you’re already logged in, you’ll be taken to the next step. If you don’t have an account, click “Register” and fill in the requested information. To continue without registering, click “Checkout as Guest.” Enter your address and payment details to complete your purchase.
If you placed your order after logging in, click the “My Orders” tab under “My Account.” There you can see all past and current orders. For details, click the “Order Details” link next to the relevant order. For guest orders, go to the “Order Tracking” section and track your order by entering your order number and e-mail address.
Once an order is created, adding/removing/changing products is not possible. However, if the invoice has not yet been issued, you may cancel the existing order and place a new one.
You can cancel orders placed by mistake or if you’ve changed your mind. E-mail communications may be delayed due to workload; by then the order may have already been shipped.
Unfortunately, different orders cannot be merged into a single order.
We do not offer free shipping on orders. For all purchases made through our site, the shipping fee is 44 TL. For orders with “Cash on Delivery,” an additional 25 TL service fee is charged.
Orders placed through our site are delivered to your location with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo.
Your order will be handed over to the courier within 1–3 days after purchase. We will notify you via SMS and e-mail when your order is dispatched. After handover, delivery time is 1–4 business days. Please note that delivery may take longer in “mobile” (remote) areas. During official holidays and feast periods, couriers do not operate; deliveries are made on the next business day. Delivery times may vary during campaign periods.
After your order is dispatched, you can track its status. In “My Orders” under the “My Account” menu, click the “Shipment Tracking” section within the relevant order to see its stage. For guest orders, go to Shipment Tracking, enter your e-mail address and order number, then click “Query.”
All products you order are shipped in carefully prepared MICCA.COM.TR boxes and bags. Therefore, we do not offer additional gift wrapping.

During delivery, check the items in the package together with the courier. If there are missing/defective items, or the package is damaged, sealed with a different tape, or appears altered, be sure to have the courier issue a “Damage Assessment Report.” Return the items without accepting delivery along with this report. If these steps are not followed, MICCA.COM.TR cannot be held responsible.

You can pay by credit card, ATM/debit cards of contracted banks, Cash on Delivery, or via bank transfer/EFT. Unfortunately, we do not offer “credit card on delivery.”
Every purchase you make on our website is 100% secure. Our system is protected by Rapid SSL. Within 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, no one but you can view or access your credit card number. Once entered, your card details are encrypted and sent to the bank. On our website, Garanti, World, and Vakıfbank cards offer up to 3 installments with no interest. After entering your card details on the payment screen, installment options for your bank will be listed. Select your preferred number of installments to proceed.
After entering and confirming your details, your transaction may be declined for various reasons. In that case: 1) Check if your card is open to online transactions. 2) Check if your card is active. 3) Ensure your card limit is sufficient. 4) Make sure all required card details are entered correctly. 5) Verify that your card’s expiry date is valid. 6) If using a virtual card, ensure its limit is sufficient. If the problem persists, please contact your bank.
Once your payment is received, a success message will appear. Your order information will also be sent to your registered e-mail address and phone number.
We do not reserve items added to your cart. Since no reservation is made, the item may be purchased by another customer and stock may run out.
We do not have a physical store. We only sell online. However, there are points of sale that carry our products.
For product(s) purchased via MICCA.COM.TR or the MICCA mobile app, you can easily return them within 14 days of delivery using your personalized return code generated on our website. For details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
You can send the product(s) back to us free of charge using the return code you receive after submitting a request.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your product, please place a new order before stocks run out and return the item you have for a refund.
If a return code is not obtained or shipments are made with non-contracted couriers, the shipping fee is paid by the customer. Shipments arriving as cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
After your return reaches our warehouse and if it complies with our return policy, your return will be accepted and the refund will be issued to the original card within 3–10 business days at the latest. You will be notified via e-mail and SMS. You can check with the courier whether your return has been delivered to us. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank—please remember to check your account. For orders purchased via Cash on Delivery or bank transfer/EFT, refunds can be made via bank transfer/EFT to a bank account registered to the order holder. During campaign periods, refund times may vary.
