You can easily return the product(s) purchased through Micca.com.tr or our Micca mobile app within 14 days after delivery, using your personal return code created on our website.
You can send the product(s) to us free of charge using the return code you receive by creating a request.
Shipments made without obtaining a return code or via non-contracted courier companies must be paid by the customer. Packages arriving as “cash on delivery” will not be accepted.

Return
Try the products you purchased in the comfort of your home. If you don’t like them, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return them! Please make sure the products are new, unworn, and that all MICCA tags remain attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to change a product, you can place a new order before the desired product runs out of stock and return the one you already have for a refund.
Steps to Follow for a Return
1. You must fill in the return form included with your order. For bank transfer or cash on delivery orders, do not forget to include your IBAN details on the return form.
2. You can send the product(s) you wish to return to us free of charge, together with the invoices and tags.
3. To initiate the return, if you have an account, you can create a return request. If you do not have an account, you can create a return request and get a return code from our Easy Return page. Write down the return shipping code displayed on the screen.
4. To deliver your return to Yurtiçi Cargo, first provide our contracted code (125512326) and then share your return code with the courier company to ship to us free of charge.
5. Once your return shipment reaches us, necessary checks will be made and the return process will be completed within 3-10 business days.
6. Returned products received at our address are first checked for compliance with return procedures. For products that comply, the refund process starts within 3 business days, and the relevant amount will be transferred to your account within 10 business days. This period is beyond our control.
7. Due to hygiene reasons, modest swimsuits cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return Conditions
Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction or issues caused by production or service are carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.
To provide you with faster and better return service, the necessary conditions are listed below. If any are missing, returns will not be accepted. Returns must be sent via YURTİÇİ CARGO. For refund requests, shipping costs incurred while sending returns will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returned Product
a- Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered within 15 days as received, with standard accessories, complete and undamaged.
Invoice of Returned Product
a- The invoice of the product must be included for the return process.
b- If the invoice is issued on behalf of a company, a return invoice must be issued and sent along with the return.
Other Conditions and Return Shipping Fees
a- If you send the product(s) with YURTİÇİ CARGO, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
b- If the products delivered to our Quality Assurance Department comply with return conditions, the refund will be processed on the day the products reach us. The refund period is 3-10 business days after the arrival of your return.
c- If your payment was made in installments by credit card, the refund will be returned in the same number of installments.
d- In case of multiple purchases and returns, if a discount was applied, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipment of Returned Product
The returned product can only be shipped via YURTİÇİ CARGO, our contracted courier. If delivered by other courier companies, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
General Return Conditions
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. Products with damaged packaging (e.g., original box with shipping labels or tape attached) or products that lost their resale condition will not be accepted. You must also send the original invoices with the product(s). If the product(s) are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company, but you must still use contracted couriers. In other cases, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Dear customer, you can cancel orders you placed incorrectly or changed your mind about. For faster cancellations, please contact us via the phone number listed in the contact section. Delays may occur with email communication, and the product may already be shipped.
Return of Defective Products
This applies to manufacturing or product-related issues that prevent the product from serving its intended purpose or main functions stated in the product details. In this case, you can send the product to us for inspection. Depending on the result, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement with the same product.
