You can send the product(s) back to us free of charge with the help of the return code you receive after submitting a request.

If a return code is not obtained, or if the shipment is made with non-contracted courier companies, the shipping fee is paid by our customers. Shipments arriving to us as cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
