MICCA Easy Return Service

You can easily return the product(s) purchased from Micca.com.tr or our Micca mobile application within 14 days after delivery using your personalized return code generated through our website.

You can send the product(s) back to us free of charge using the return code you receive after submitting a request.

If the return code is not obtained, or the shipment is made via non-contracted courier companies, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Shipments sent as “cash on delivery” will not be accepted.

Returns

Try your purchased products in the comfort of your home. If you’re not satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return them! Please make sure that the products are new and unworn, and that all MICCA tags are still attached. Shipments that do not comply with return conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to change your product, you can place a new order before stocks run out and send your current product back to us for a refund.

Steps to Follow for a Return

1. You must fill out the return form included with your order. For bank transfer or cash-on-delivery orders, do not forget to include your IBAN information on the form.

2. You can send the product(s) you wish to return to us free of charge along with their invoices and tags.

3. To start the return process, if you have an account, you can create a return request; if you do not have an account, you can get a return code by visiting our Easy Return page. Note down the displayed return shipping code.

4. To deliver your return via Yurtiçi Kargo, share our contracted code 125512326 first, then provide your return shipping code to the courier for a free shipment to us.

5. After your return shipment reaches us, the necessary inspections will be carried out, and your refund will be processed within 3–10 business days.

6. Once the returned products reach our address, they are first checked for compliance with the return procedures. If they comply, the refund process starts within 3 business days, and the corresponding amount will be transferred to your account within 10 business days. Our company has no control over this period.

7. For hygiene reasons, modest swimsuits cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Conditions

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes post-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction or issues arising from production or service are carefully evaluated and resolved as quickly as possible.

To provide faster and better service regarding product returns, please review the conditions below. If any of these conditions are missing, the return will not be accepted. Returns can be sent via YURTİÇİ KARGO only. For refund requests, any shipping fee incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Products Eligible for Return

a- Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
b- The returned product must be delivered within 15 days of receipt, complete and undamaged, along with all standard accessories.

Invoice of the Returned Product

a- The invoice of the product must be included in the return shipment.
b- If the invoice was issued to a company, the return must include a return invoice issued by that company.

Other Conditions and Return Shipping Fees

a- If the product(s) are returned via YURTİÇİ KARGO, the shipping cost is covered by our company.
b- If the product reaches our Quality Assurance Department in accordance with the return conditions, the refund will be initiated on the same day. After receiving the return, the refund process takes 3–10 business days.
c- If the purchase was made using an installment option, the refund will be divided into installments and returned to your credit card monthly.
d- If multiple products were purchased and returned, and a discount was applied, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping the Returned Product

Returned products can only be accepted via our contracted courier, YURTİÇİ KARGO. If sent through other couriers, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

General Return Conditions

Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. Products with damaged or altered packaging (e.g., shipping labels attached to the original box or packaging sealed with tape) will not be accepted. Products that have lost their resale condition will also not be accepted. You must include the original invoice with your return. If the product(s) are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company, but only if sent via our contracted courier. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Dear customer, you can cancel orders placed incorrectly or that you no longer wish to receive. To ensure a quick cancellation, please contact us via the phone number in the contact section. Email communication may cause delays, and your order might already be shipped by then.

Return of Defective Products

Defective products refer to those that prevent the product from performing its intended function or main features stated in the product details. In such cases, you can send the product to us for inspection. Depending on the inspection result, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange for the same product.
